I am the recipient of a VFW Auxillary citation!

Dear Superhero Friends:

I want to thank the VFW Auxillary for honoring me with a "Spirit of America" citation. I also was given items that will help homeless veterans. I'm still filling bins for the fall. Thanks for this honor and the support!
Ms. Sandi Kriebel served as the 2018-2019 VFW Auxiliary National President. She presented items and the citation to me. My uncle is an Army veteran who came to support me. I'm grateful for his encouragement and service, too. Please watch the clip:

The Give Back to Veterans Project Launches Fill a Bin in Md.

Hello, Superhero Friends:

I hope that your summer is going well. I have several announcements that will be made before fall. The first one is about the Fill a Bin addition. Through the Give Back to Veterans Project, I am challenging offices, stores, neighborhoods, and other kids in Maryland or DC to help fill bins for veterans. Our homeless veterans who are getting back on their feet appreciate everything from toiletries to socks.

So far, I filled a few bins with socks for the fall. They will be used in Hero Boxes and Hero Bags, then we can deliver them to shelters I work with and others who need them. Many items cost just one dollar. A list of desired items can be viewed via http://www.kidtimeenterprises.com/p/donate.html?m=1.

Please email www.kidtimeenterprises@gmail.com for more information. All help is appreciated!

Coastal Sunbelt Produce raises money to support the Give Back to Veterans project

I want to give a huge thank you to Coastal Sunbelt Produce, based in Laurel, Maryland. The company supported The Give Back to Veterans project by raising $1,250! I have several upcoming missions associated with the project, and expenses related to the nonprofit journey.  I will use some of the money for MCVET's next delivery, too.

I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Sadie. None of this would have happened without her involvement. Visit https://www.facebook.com/coastalsunbelt/ to find out more about Coastal Produce. This financial help to better serve our veterans is greatly appreciated.

Virginia-based mattress company, Leesa launched a partnership with Maryland Center for Veterans Education and Training (MCVET)
on World Homeless Day 2018, with a donation of 125 mattress. Baltimore-based MCVET equips homeless veterans, and other veterans in need of a hand up, with the support to enable them to rejoin their communities as productive citizens.
